Victoria Fabbo

She is one of four girls from an Italian- Immigrant father and an Irish mother. Her parents had their own Italian Restaurant Vittorio’s Italian Pizza Restaurant in Melrose, MA. She grew  in the kitchen up from the ages of 5-10 years old, starting there to prepare ingredients and learn the time it takes to make a great meal. She then continued her education at Johnson & Wales University (JWU) where she received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts, and Bachelors in Culinary Nutrition. She further her Baking knowledge at  École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssengieux, France.  She then continued on to obtain her Masters in Public Health, Dietetics from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

In high school to pay for her study student exchange program in Switzerland she started at North Ave Diner in Wakefield, MA where she first started hostessing, waitressing and when possible slabbing butter on toast in the kitchen to help. She then went to work for Legal Harborside, in the Seaport at the age of 18 as a food runner, the next summer after her first year in college she headed to the second floor to learn how to bake for the restaurant, where she then prepared desserts for all three floors.  During her time abroad, herself and a group of females as well as the world renown Chef Stamm developed Operation: Peace, Love & Bread, she was an active member coordinating where to donate goods, how to receive donated flour, how to educate other students on honing their bread baking skills. In Junior year she turned to culinary nutrition to develop skills to educate others on how best to keep their bodies in the best conditions as they can. She later went to grad school at University of Massachusetts: Lowell.  She grew her Dietitian skills during the pandemic, becoming a healthcare hero in Long Term Care settings, where short staff was each day, lack of dishwashers, cooks, servers, diet aids and she helped take over those jobs so that residents could be fed. In Miss MA USA 2022, where she went on to win the Spirit Award. Now she is working on Fabulous Foods with Victoria, her idea for a International TV show to advertise restaurant, bakeries, cafes, food manufacturing facilities, cannabis facilities etc to showcase how food is handled and produced and sit down to chat with the owner and chef and hear on their history, skill and knowledge.  We are interested in different cuisines and hearing the stories of each establishment's experiences. Food is the art of love and the whole world must eat. Let us sit and get to know others around the kitchen table, using food as our tool to hear one another's stories.
