Aglio è Oilo

Italian Pasta Dish

Ingredients:

1 head of garlic, minced

1 cup of olive oil

3 cans of Anchovies

1/4 cup red pepper flakes

1 bunch of fresh parsley or 1/2 cup dried parsley

S & P to taste

Optional: Parmesan cheese for taste

1 # of Linguine pasta


Method of Prep:

  1. Boil water TIP: Boil water in electric tea kettle for faster boiling

  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil on low/medium heat for about 10 minutes

  3. Drop pasta in Boiling water

  4. Add Anchovies to Garlic and olive oil, watch as the anchovies break down quickly

  5. Add red pepper flakes and parsley

  6. Mix Pasta with anchovies mixture

  7. Let sit to have mixture dry up about 10 - 15 minutes then enjoy, May also be enjoyed immediately
