Favorite Go - To Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Dates, pitted ( Soaked in warm water for 1 hour)

  • 1/4 cup Pepita Seeds ( Pumpkin Seeds) or any seeds around

  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour

  • 1/4 cup Collagen powder

  • 1/4 cupCoconut Flakes, Toasted

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup honey

Method of Prep:

  1. Preheat oven to 300F, Toast Shredded coconut, be mindful, colors quickly

    2. Remove from oven and cool off on parchment paper

  2. Soak dates in warm water for 1 hour, then food processor, until smooth, add in Seeds, Almond Floud, Collagen Powder, and pulse together, slowly drizzle in maple syrup and honey, test around to your desired consistency

  3. Scale out to 1 ounce portions, roll into ball, on a separate plate with the toasted coconut, roll balls to be covered and then place in fridge

  4. Enjoy!
