I grew up 1 of 4 girls to an Italian immigrant father and headstrong mother, who also worked together to open their own Italian Restaurant. Graduated from Johnson & Wales University in with A.S. Baking & Pastry Arts, & B.S Culinary Nutrition & Masters in Public Health at UMASS Lowell as a Registered Dietitian. Now is the time to focus back on food, food is where the heart lies. My stomach is passionate about trying out different cuisines to best satisfy my taste buds. No need to look far, so many different cuisines are in our beautiful State of Massachusetts. While we are it, Let us go International! Vita La Bella!
